Scrooge on the Loose: Christmas decorations swiped

The M.O. sounds suspiciously Grinchy -- go around when people are asleep and filch their Christmas decorations. But one Watertown Street resident at Tuesday's Town council Meeting says she thinks Scrooge did it:

I'd like to make a public service announcement. It appears that there's a Scrooge in Watertown, or passing through watertown. Last Sunday night, my eight foot inflatable frosty the snowman was stolen from my front lawn, as was my neighbor's inflatable Santa. I'm not sure what people can really do to protect their ornaments, but it's just a warning that Scrooge is on the loose.
